[lick prowls carefully along the dark room. they come to one of the gaps in the walls that seems to open into a corridor, containing many broken pipes.]
[they crawl down the corridor, staring ahead warily.]
[they come to the end, to another gap.]
[ahead of them is a kind of huge, circular room. they seem to be a ways up, with a steel walkway in front of them that stretches across the structure.]

Recently caught up with this comic and I've loved every page. I have trouble following complex stories with lots of different characters and plot threads and this is a breath of fresh air, simple but emotional with stunning art. Love this comic!

thanks so much!! i actually feel the same way and that was part of my focus when writing catlamp, was prioritizing emotional impact over lengthiness or complexity for its own sake. really glad it's come across :)
